Linking

If you want to be linked, throw me a line with your webcomic's address and a little description. If I like it enough (meets my general quality standards, maybe somewhat similar in theme/tone to my own comic so readers will transfer easily, etc.), I'll link you right on this page. Please give me an image to use--I use 200px buttons for my links to other webcomics. If you don't have a banner, I'll post it as a title. I'm sure that you agree that images are much more attractive, though. If you want to link the Shining Aeon, I'll have some banners and buttons up eventually for you to use.

Guest Strips

Since the Shining Aeon is very continuity-heavy, there's only a slim chance that if you do a guest strip, it will actually go up to the main page for sight seeing. If it does, it will be eventually removed and put into the "Art" section to keep the archive uninterrupted. Of course, you're welcome to submit any guest art, and I'll always mention it in the news posts. If you have a website or contact, leave it with your strip. You can send your guest strip to my e-mail.

Fan Art

The case is pretty much the same with fan art as it is with guest strips. I only ask that you not send me pornographic depictions of my own characters--even if it's the Mona Lisa of Screwing, I don't really need to see it.

Cameos

If you want a cameo, feel free--my comic is densely populated by characters, and I can always use extras. If you have pictures of yourself or your characters, I can toss them straight into the comic. Note that they will most likely be "extras" or unimportant characters, or people who are simply there to set the scene with a gruesome death. Sorry! Please leave a short description of your character's personality with your picture--this may or may not be used. Also, any content that doesn't make sense in the continuity of the Shining Aeon will be removed or modified. Please understand that once I put a cameo into the strip, the character ultimately becomes mine in the Shining Aeon universe. I can make them do whatever want, have them have any personality I want, and their life is in my hands. Legally, the character becomes "different" from yourself or your character--a derivative that belongs to me.
